Description：
Heats up to 400° C at a heating gradient of 5° C/second.
- Features excellent temperature profile compliance, allowing you to set up to 99 points in a single profile.
- Includes an external camera that records surface observation in addition to X-ray fluoroscopic observation.
- Eliminates the surface/reverse side temperature difference during heating, creating reflow-like conditions(N2 gas may also be used). Provide space for 2 extra temperature measurement thermocouples in addition to the 2 thermocouples used for temprature control.
- Includes dedicated software that lets you connect directly to a computer to save video and play surface and X-ray video simultaneously.
- Displays temperature, time, and filming conditions during playback.
