Description：
- STM series is newly developed semi automatic wafer mounter. The system architecture is well field proven and reliable. Especially designed for CSP and very thinner wafers, and also available for partial or broken wafers. Wafer table and frame conversion can be used with fully automatic ATM series inter compatible.
- wafer size : Up to 300mm (12 inch and required appropriate wafer table).
- Load / unload capacity: one by one manual operation.
- Frame: Customer specified (or Disco model DTF 2-8 equivalent)
